Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Mumbai

Arrival in Mumbai, The Economic Capital of India where you are greeted with a traditional Indian welcome on arrival and escorted to the hotel. Overnight in Mumbai.

Day 02 Mumbai – Udaipur

Breakfast, After Breakfast the visit of Mumbai where you will see THE GATEWAY ON INDIA, built by English people to commemorate the visit of king Jorge 5th in 1911, from the same place we have a very nice view of TAJMAHAL HOTEL, then we drive towards MARINE DRIVE the place which is built on land reclaimed from Back Bay in 1920, on the way to Marine Drive we will see the colonial building like UNIVERSITY OF BOMBAY, CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI TERMINUS well known as VICTORIA TERMINUS. Then after Marine Drive you will drive up to MALABAR HILL where you will visit the HANGING GARDENS and THE TOWER OF SILENCE (From Outside) the cremation place of the Paresis. After that you will visit the MANI BHAWAN, This is the place where Mahatma Gandhi stayed during his stay in Mumbai from 1917 to 1934 and at last you visit the DHOBI GHAT the place where the Laundry men wash the clothes. Then after having lunch move towards the air01port to catch the flight to Udaipur. Arrival in Udaipur and check in at hotel. Overnight at Udaipur.

Day 03 Udaipur

Breakfast, In the morning visit of the CITY PALACE of Udaipur which is the largest palace yard complex of Rajasthan then visit the oldest garden of the city SAHELION KI BARI the garden of the maids of honors. Then some free time to explore the city on your own and then in the evening you can choose a boat ride in Lake Pichola (optional and subject to availability of water in the lake). Overnight in Udaipur.

Day 04 Udaipur – Ranakpur – Jodhpur

Breakfast and Lunch, After breakfast drive towards JODHPUR the blue city. On the way visit of one of the most beautiful temple of your tour the Jain temple at RANAKPUR which is dedicated to the Jain prophet Adinath. Then you will have lunch at MAHARANI BAGH and then Continue towards Jodhpur arrival and check in at hotel. Evening is free if you want to have a look at local market. Overnight in Jodhpur.

Day 05 Jodhpur – Jaisalmer

Breakfast, Check out from the hotel then start the visit of JODHPUR, The city which we call the Sun City because the sun radiation in this place is the most in comparison with any other part of India and we also call it the blue city because the Brahmins of the city used to paint their houses with blue color. Here at first you will visit JASWANT THADA, the royal memorials of the Maharajas of Jodhpur and then the fascinating fort of MEHRANGARH and then drive towards JAISALMER, The Golden City. Arrival and check in at hotel. In the evening you will go to VYAS VHATTRIS to see the fort with sunset. Evening is free to explore the city. Overnight in Jaisalmer.

Day 06 Jaisalmer

Breakfast, The visit of Jaisalmer is having two parts. In the morning at first you visit THE GOLDEN FORT, THE PALACE Of MAHARAJA OF JAISALMER, THE JAIN TEMPLES IN THE FORT, NATHMAL KI HAVELI AND PATWA KI HAVLI. And then after having lunch you will have free time. In the evening we will go the see the sunset in the dunes of SAM 40 Km. from Jaisalmer where we will enjoy the CAMEL SAFARI. Overnight in Jaisalmer.

Day 07 Jaisalmer – Bikaner

Breakfast and Lunch, After breakfast check out for BIKANER. Arrival and check in at hotel and then visit of JUNAGRH FORT, A fort with 986 meters wall with 37 bastions with magnificent stone carving. After this visit you will move towards DESHNOK where you can visit the world famous RAT TEMPLE Dedicated to the goddess Karni Mata. Overnight at Bikaner.

Day 08 Bikaner – Jaipur

Breakfast, After having the early breakfast leave the hotel for JAIPUR, The Pink City. Arrival and check in and after having some rest move towards BIRLA TEMPLE a very new white marble temple and then the visit of the place which is very famous for the monkeys called GALTA (THE MONKEY TEMPLE) there are a lots of monkeys but sometimes we see a lots of them and some time very few, it depends on the season but a beautiful abandoned place. Evening free for the local market of Jaipur. Overnight in Jaipur.

Day 09 Jaipur

Breakfast, The visit of Jaipur starts with THE HAWA MAHAL in the morning then you will climb up to AMBER FORT on an ELEPHANT back (subject to availability) after visit the amber fort get down in jeeps. Then we move back towards the old city of Jaipur, on the way we stop to take out the photos of JAL MAHAL after that you visit the ROYAL GAITOR where you will see the cenotaphs of the royal family of Jaipur. Then in the evening the visit of the CITY PALACE of Jaipur and JANTAR MANTAR the observatory. Overnight in Jaipur

Day 10 Jaipur – Abaneri – Fethpur Sikri - Agra

Breakfast, Leave Jaipur after breakfast. Just after two and half hours journey on the way you stop to see the step well of ABHANERI. Then continue towards Agra, just 40 km. before Agra you visit the abandoned city called FAHEHPUR SIKRI. Then drive towards Agra on arrival check in at hotel. Overnight at Agra.

Day 11 Agra

Breakfast, Busy day in Agra. In the morning at first you visit the legendry TAJMAHAL and then the beautiful RED FORT of Agra. And the later part is dedicated to the visit of SIKANDRA where we have the tomb of Akbar, then you will visit ITMAD-UD-DAULH what we call the MINI TAJ and then at the end of the day you will see the Taj Mahal from the other side of the river with sunset. Overnight in Agra.

Day 12 Agra – Gwalior - Datia – Orcha

Breakfast and Lunch, Check out from the hotel then move towards the railway station of Agra to catch the Shatabdi express till GWALIOR. In Gwalior visit of THE GWALIOR FORT where you visit the palace called MAN MANDIR, The two temples called SAAS BAHU AND TELIKA MANDIR and you will see the JAIN SCULPTURES of 15th century in the rocks. After the visit of the fort of Gwalior you will have Lunch at HOTEL USHA KIRAN PALACE in Gwalior. After lunch drive towards Orcha. On the way a visit of the palace of Datia called SATKHANDA PALACE. Then drive to ORCHA, arrival and check in at hotel. Overnight at Orcha.

Day 13 Orcha – Khajuraho

Breakfast and Lunch, After breakfast the sight scene of Orcha which includes THE RAJ MAHAL and JAHANGIR PALACE the 16th century palace with lots of frescos of the Incarnations of lord Vishnu. Then the visit of THE LAKSHMINARAYAN TEMPLE dedicated to Lord Vishnu and at the end of the tour a visit of THE ROYAL CENOTAPHES of the kings of Orcha. Then you will have lunch in Orcha and after lunch drive towards KHAJURAHO. Arrival and check in at hotel. Evening is Free to explore the village. Overnight in Khajuraho.

Day 14 Khajuraho – Varanasi

Breakfast, In the morning the visit of the two temple complexes of KHAJURAHO. In th first part you visit the temples with the erotic images in western group of temples where we visit THE VARAHA,LAKSMANA,KANDHARIYA MAHADEV AND DEVI JAGADAMBA TEMPLES and after that the eastern group of temples where you visit two very beautifully carved temple of ADINATH AND PARSHVNATH. Then come back to hotel and check out to catch the flight for VARANASI. On arrival at Varanasi check in at hotel and have some rest and then in afternoon you will proceed towards the river GANGES where you will see the evening AARTI and the CREMATION GHAT and back to hotel. Overnight in Varanasi.

Day 15 Varanasi – Kathmandu

Breakfast, The day starts very early in the morning and the visit starts with a boat ride in the river GANGES with the sunrise then you leave the boat at the manikrnika ghat which is the cremation ground and from there you will walk through the narrow streets of Varanasi till THE GOLDEN TEMPLE (Vishwanath Temple) after visiting this temple again walk through the narrow streets till the bus and then the visit of DURGA TEMPLE and BHARATMATA TEMPLE and back to hotel. Later check out from hotel to pick the flight for KATHMANDU. On arrival to Kathmandu transfer to the hotel and evening free to enjoy a walk around the city. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 16 Kathmandu

Breakfast and Lunch After having the breakfast and leave the hotel for a full day city tour which includes SHAMBHUNATH STUPA, THE TEMPLE OF PASHUPATINATH AND BOUDHNATH. Then afternoon visit of the ancient capital of PATAN where we visit THE DARBAR SQUARE and THE PATAN MESUEM and you will have your lunch and then we will come back to Kathmandu where we visit THE DARBAR SQUARE and THE KUMARI PALACE. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 17 Kathmandu

Breakfast, Whole day is free. In the morning you can also choose to take a flight for a close up view of MOUNT EVEREST. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 18 Kathmandu – New Delhi

Breakfast, Morning Free. In time you will be escorted to the airport for your onward flight to New Delhi. Arrival at New Delhi and transferred to hotel. Overnight in New Delhi

Day 19 New Delhi – Your Country

Breakfast, After Breakfast check out and then the visit starts with Old Delhi. In Old Delhi first you visit the JAMA MASJID which is the largest mosque of India then you will enjoy a ‘RICKSHAW RIDE’ the Rickshaw will take you through the very famous market of Old Delhi called CHANDNI CHOWK then you will drive pass THE RED FORT and after this you stop at RAJGHAT the commemorate of Mahatma Gandhi. After this visit you will enter in the colonial heritage of Lutyen’s Delhi which we call New Delhi where you will visit THE INDIA GATE, THE PRESIDENT’S HOUSE (From Outside), THE PARLIAMENT OF INDIA and OTHERE GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS (From Outside), THE BANGLA SAHIB (The Sikh Temple). Then the later part of your visit is dedicated to THE HUMAYUN’S TOMB and QUTUB MIMAR which the tallest minarets of India. After the New Delhi visit and dinner directly transferred to international airport to catch the flight for your country.
